7 year Warranty on New Homes
All new homes sold at Crown Homes come with a standard 1 year complete manufacturers warranty. Crown Homes then provides you with a 6 year extended warranty! 7 years of total protection on your new home provided by Crown Homes! Below is an example of items covered by your 7 year Warranty on all new homes.
- Structure - Steel Frame, Beams, Girders, Headers, Columns, Load Bearing Framing Members, Roof Structure, Ceiling, Tie-down straps and Anchors, Sub-floor structure, Doors, Windows and sliding doors, Non Load-bearing framing members, interior walls, exterior siding.
- Central Air Conditioning System - A/C unit, Controls, Compressor, Condenser, A-Grame, Connections/Joints, Evaporative Coolers.
- Central Heating System - Furnace, Connections/Joints, Duct work, fuel lines, vent pipe/Chimney
- Plumbing system - Hot and Cold Water lines, Waste pipes, Soil pipes and vents, Faucets, Toilets, including Internal Assembly Parts, sinks, bath tubs and shower stalls, water heater.
- Electrical system - Wiring, wall receptacles, light fixtures, boxes, switches, and outlets.
- Appliances - Clothes dryer, clothes washer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave oven, range, refrigerator, and trash compactor.

Age of Home:
- 1 to 7 years old - Up to 3 year warranty provided
- 8 to 12 years old - Up to 2 year warranty provided
- 13 to 20 years old - 1 year warranty provided

- Structure - Steel frame, beams, girders,headers, columns, load bearing framing members, ceiling, and sub-floor structure.
- Central Heating System - Furnace, connections/joints, controls, duct work, fuel lines, vent pipe/chimney.
- Central Air Conditioning system - A/C unit, controls, compressor, condensor, A-frame, connections/joints, Evaporative coolers.
- Plumbing System - Hot and cold water lines, waste pipes, soil pipes and vents, faucets. Bonus coverage - Toilets, including internal assembly parts, sinks, bath tubs, shower stalls, and water heater.
- Electrical System - Wiring, wall receptacles, light fixtures, boxes switches, and outlets.
- Appliances - Range and Vent Fan, Oven and Refrigerator. Bonus Coverage - Clothes dryer, clothes washer, dishwasher, disposal, and trash compactor.
