Crown Homes welcomes Realtor referrals and Realtor Clients. Crown Homes will pay you, as a Realtor, 3% of the total purchase price for any client you send to us. The following is the procedure for registering your client with Crown Homes. Phone call registration is not acceptable. All referrals must be registered in person by the Realtor. We offer a full array of products including home only and land home purchases. Full financing available with all homes and all products.
Client must not have visited Crown Homes within the past 6 months.
3% referral is paid upon closing and funding of transaction. Realtor should expect check within 10 days after funding.
You must be a licensed Realtor in good standing.
Realtor must complete registration form available at Crown Homes office.
